Research information

Descriptions of compounds and references to published research are shared for educational purposes only. They are not claims about any product and do not endorse any particular use. Researchers are responsible for checking all information and doing their own due diligence.

Buyer responsibility

By ordering from Amino Works, you confirm that:

• you are at least 21 years of age

Product quality

We aim to supply consistent, research-grade material. Results can still vary with research conditions, storage, handling and other factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any outcome in a specific application.

The third-party lab reports (certificates of analysis) we publish apply only to the batch or lot that was tested, and are shared for information. They are not a guarantee that other batches or lots will give the same results, or of any outcome in your research.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Amino Works and its owners, employees and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or of information on this website, including loss of profits, data or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amino Works and its owners, officers, employees, agents and affiliates against all claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from: your use, misuse or handling of our products, including any administration to a person or animal; any claims, dosing guidance or other statements you make to others about our products; any marketing or promotional content you publish that refers to our products; any health, injury or other claim brought by a third party in connection with products you bought from us; any investigation or action by a regulator or government authority arising from your purchase or use of our products; or any breach of this disclaimer or our Terms & Conditions.

These obligations continue after you stop using this website or close your account.

Right to refuse orders

We may refuse or cancel any order if we have reason to believe the products will be used for anything other than laboratory research.
